Baking & Depanner Vacuum Suction Cups

All-Vac offers a range of Silicone Vacuum Suction Cups used in the food baking industry, especially with depanner systems where food items such as breads, cakes, rolls, and buns are removed from their baking pans with the use of a vacuum system. Often times the vacuum suction cups are attached to depanner belts with the use of a plastic retainer fitting.

The firmer vacuum suction cups are used for bread products with a firm crust, while the softer cups and thinner lipped cups are used for softer products such as cupcakes and for seeded products. All vacuum suction cups are molded in FDA approved silicone to allow them to safely handle hot food items.

The brown, red and blue vacuum suction cups are molded in metal detectable silicone, while the clear cups are molded out of translucent silicone. All-Vac offers special retainer adapters for attaching the vacuum suction cups to depanner belts, along with the handy Twist-R-Lock tool that provides a highly efficient method for installing and removing the cup and retainer.
