Shipping    

All-Vac Industries will ship all orders from its facility (located in Skokie, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago) via UPS Ground or Air Services, per your instructions on your order.  We will ship via FedEx Air Services if you specifically request it in your order.  We strive to maintain complete inventory levels to allow us to ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it.  For same day shipping, All-Vac must receive your order by 10:30 am Central Time (which typically is 11:30 am Eastern, 9:30 am Mountain time and 8:30 am Pacific).

If you are purchasing via e-commerce, our website is set up to calculate shipping costs for shipments to the 48 Continental U.S. states,  Alaska and Hawaii.  The shipping costs to Canada are approximate and the actual cost will be reflected on the invoice for a shipment being delivered to Canada.  For shipments to any other countries, please call us at 847-675-2290 to arrange for shipping.  All-Vac ships its products throughout the world and it will be no problem for us to work with your freight forwarder.  For shipments outside of the U.S., our customers are responsible for any duty, tax or tariff imposed by the destination country.

If you have special requests for deliveries, please provide that information to us (for ecommerce orders, place it in the "Optional Comments" field when checking out from our Shopping Cart).  If you would like All-Vac to ship collect using your UPS or FedEx account number, please provide is to us ( for ecommerce orders, write that in the "Optional Comments" field as well).

UPS and FedEx can only deliver to Street Addresses and not PO Boxes, except APO/FPO boxes.  If you have special shipping instructions, please feel free to call us before or after sending your order.  

Saturday Deliveries   

If you would like to request a Saturday delivery please include the name of a person available on that day to receive the package and a telephone number.  If the person who will be receiving the shipment is a doorman or guard station, please tell us this and provide as much information about the location as possible to ensure that the delivery driver will find it.  Often times Saturday delivery persons are not your usual delivery person and do not know your location very well.

Sales Tax   

We will charge sales tax for all orders shipped to addresses in Illinois.  If your purchase is for resale and you do not wish to be charged sales tax, please send your order either via fax at 847-675-1114 or phone at 847-675-2290.  The current sales tax rate is 10%.

Payment Methods   

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Cards.  We can accept a wire transfer; please call us for our banking information. You may prepay your order with a check, in which case you should send your written order and payment written for U.S. dollars to All-Vac Industries at the address shown under the Returns heading.

All-Vac Industries will provide open credit to customers who make such a request and qualify.  If you are interested in open credit terms of Net 30 Days, please provide us with a written company purchase order along with your corporate credit information for review and approval.  These may be sent via email or fax.

Warranty  

All-Vac Industries, Inc. warrants to its customers that it's Vacuum Suction Cups, Vacu-Lifters, Floor Tile Pullers, Suction Cup Lifters, Suction Cup Mounts, Carpeted Floor Panel Lifters, Perforated Floor Tile Pullers, Wall Brackets, Aluminum Tongs, and magnetic tools are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the invoice date.  This warranty does not cover products damaged by mishandling or abnormal use.  We make no other warranty, expressed or implied, and will not assume any liability for damages, labor or delays incidental hereto.

Please return defective items with transportation charges prepaid to All-Vac Industries, with a note describing the problem that you have experienced.  Please include your company name if applicable, your name, and all contact information, including a return address.  After our engineering department confirms that the problem was due to faulty materials or workmanship, All-Vac Industries will repair or replace the products that fail to work properly, and ship them to the sender without charge.

The lifting hand tools and suction cup mounts that All-Vac Industries sells include parts that are molded in rubber and plastic.  These parts will wear over time and use, eventually causing the tool to perform at less than its original capability, or to not perform at all.  This is the nature of such tools or parts, and All-Vac typically sells replacement parts for these instances.

Returns   

To return a product, whether it was ordered incorrectly or is defective, please contact All-Vac Industries for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) at 847-675-2290.

All-Vac Industries will accept returns of stock items within 60 days of the purchase date.  The returned parts are subject to our inspection & and a minimum re-stocking fee of 10%.  All-Vac will need to determine the value of the returned product based upon its condition, and usage of the product or damage to it will likely increase the re-stocking fee.  In any case, there is no refund of the original shipping costs from All-Vac Industries unless we shipped either the wrong parts or defective parts to you.  Merchandise returned must be accompanied by a receipt or invoice issued by All-Vac Industries

If a product has been altered or modified in any way, the warranty is voided and the product cannot be returned and credit will not be issued.

For incorrect shipments (either wrong model or quantity), please notify All-Vac Industries within 10 days of receipt.  We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible and at our expense if we are at fault.

There are no returns permitted for custom-made products unless they are defective.

Pricing and Minimum Orders  

All prices shown are in U.S. dollars, and All-Vac Industries can accept payment only in U.S. dollars.  Prices are subject to change without notice, although it is never our intent to do so.  Prices do not include freight costs, local taxes, duties or special packaging required for export shipments.  The purchaser is responsible for the aforementioned costs.  

The minimum order amount for orders shipped to the 50 United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, and Mexico is $49.00.  The sales order minimum for any other export destination is $100.00.

Product Availability & Charges 

All-Vac Industries will not charge your credit card until the day that your order is set to ship.  After receiving your order, if the product that you ordered is not available, we will immediately contact you and let you know when the product will be available.  If you wish, you may cancel your order based upon our availability and no charges will be issued against you.  Although we expect to able to ship your order, circumstances beyond our control can occur causing unavailability.  We pride ourselves in fulfilling our customers' orders as quickly as possible.

Bulk Orders   

If your order is for a quantity that exceeds the amounts shown with our discount schedule, please contact us via email, fax or phone and we would be happy to provide a quote to you based upon larger quantities.

Privacy & Security   

All-Vac Industries is committed to protect your private information.  When our customers are using our shopping cart they are at a secure location (SSL).  The SSL ensures that your information is encrypted before it is transmitted.  Access to this information is greatly limited and protected against unauthorized use.  After your order has been processed, your credit card number is not stored in our system, but is deleted.  Each time you place an order with us you will be required to provide your credit card information.

The information that you supply to us for placing the order, including name, address, phone number, email address etc. is solely used to process and deliver your order, and contact you with regard to your order.  We will not provide this information to any other company or third party vendors.

All-Vac Industries is the owner of this website and makes available for your use on this website all the information, documents and photographs (collectively referred to as All-Vac Material) that is included.  No All-Vac Material may be copied, used, or reprinted without the express written permission of All-Vac Industries.
